Skymission Group Holdings Limited (“Skymission,” Stock Code: 1429) and Dacheng International Holdings Limited (“Dacheng International”) jointly issued a composite document on 13 February 2026 regarding an unconditional offer for all issued shares of Skymission. According to the document, the cash consideration is HK$0.095 for each Skymission share, with the acceptance deadline set at 4:00 p.m. on 6 March 2026, unless extended as announced with appropriate regulatory consent.
