HAIXI PHARMA (02637) has announced a change in its board composition following the conclusion of its extraordinary general meeting.

Mr. Wang Xinkun has retired from his position as a director of the company effective immediately after the meeting. At the same extraordinary general meeting, Mr. Chen Tingze was elected as an executive director. His appointment will take effect from the conclusion of the meeting and will last until the expiration of the term of the second session of the board.

Additionally, during the meeting, shareholders approved the removal of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as the company's auditor and the appointment of Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the external auditor for the 2026 fiscal year. The board has been authorized to determine the remuneration for the newly appointed auditor.
