ALPHA PROFESSIONAL HOLDINGS (00948) released its FY26 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report covering the 12 months to 31 March 2026, outlining measurable progress on carbon reduction, resource efficiency and workforce development.

Environmental Performance • Total greenhouse-gas (GHG) emissions fell 15 % year-on-year to 240.01 tCO₂e, driven chiefly by lower electricity usage. Scope 2 (location-based) emissions declined to 231.21 tCO₂e (-15.3 %). • Electricity consumption dropped 3.5 % to 666,283 kWh, cutting intensity to 308.82 kWh per sq m (-21.3 %). Water use decreased 17.0 % to 376.72 m³, and water intensity fell to 0.1746 m³ per sq m (-32.4 %). • Reported waste surged to 59.11 t (FY25: 0.77 t) after the company expanded disclosure to include packaging materials. • No hazardous waste was generated; compliance with all relevant environmental regulations was maintained with no fines or warnings.

Medium-Term Targets and Net-Zero Ambition • Absolute and intensity reductions of 5 % across Scope 1, 2 and Category 6 Scope 3 (business travel) emissions within five years (baseline FY26). • Additional 5 % cuts in electricity, water, paper and packaging-material consumption targeted by FY27. • Long-term objective of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 in partnership with international institutions.

Climate-Risk Oversight The Board leads ESG governance, supported by the audit committee and senior management. Key physical risks include supply-chain disruption and employee safety amid extreme weather, while transition risks focus on tightening regulations and evolving consumer preferences. Mitigation measures range from diversified sourcing and disaster-recovery planning to technology investment and enhanced data disclosure.

Operational Snapshot • Core activities: trading of milk powder & foods and provision of warehouse logistics and cleaning services. • Workforce expanded to 203 employees (FY25: 104); turnover rate at 36 %. Zero work-related fatalities and no lost-time injuries were reported. • Training coverage rose to 38 % of staff, with average training hours tripling to 2.16. • Supplier base streamlined to 12 (FY25: 43) following strategic realignments; all vendors passed ESG due-diligence checks. • No product recalls or customer complaints; full compliance with anti-corruption, data privacy and product responsibility laws.

Community Engagement The group prioritised child-focused initiatives, encouraged employee volunteering and maintained dialogue with local stakeholders, although no cash donations were recorded during the year.

Alpha Professional asserts that ongoing monitoring, target-driven reductions and stakeholder collaboration will underpin its transition strategy and support sustainable growth across its Milk Products and Services businesses.
