On September 15, 2026, Bama Tea repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an average of HKD 32.1877 per share, involving about HKD 643,754. The shares were held as treasury shares, and as a result, Wenbin Wang, as a controlling shareholder, is deemed to have acquired an interest in those 20,000 shares, increasing his long position. This deemed interest arises from the company's on-market share repurchase, not from a direct secondary-market dealing by the declarant.

Prior to the deemed acquisition, Wenbin Wang's long position in Bama Tea was 43.42 million shares, representing 51.13%. Following the transaction, the holding increased to 43.44 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.16%.
