Hassett Says Powell Alone Decides His Own Future, Not the White House

When asked whether the White House should play a role in deciding if Jerome Powell continues to serve on the Federal Reserve Board, White House National Economic Council Director Kevin Hassett said: "No. Right now that is a decision for Powell to make."
