(2431 HK) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Contemporary Amperex Intelligent Technology (Shanghai) Limited (CATL Intelligent), a subsidiary of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (3750 HK, 300750 SZ). According to the announcement, both parties will leverage their expertise in intelligent driving, intelligent chassis, and battery technology to develop globally competitive solutions for the new energy vehicle market.

Under the agreement, efforts will center on four key areas. First, they will drive collaboration in intelligent chassis technologies, integrating autonomous driving algorithms and sensor fusion with advanced chassis systems. Second, they will promote battery swapping innovations, jointly developing standardized solutions for safe and efficient battery replacement. Third, they will pursue scenario-driven product enhancement, combining Minieye’s autonomous driving systems with CATL Intelligent’s chassis expertise to improve overall market responsiveness. Lastly, both sides plan to pool international contacts and resources to expand their presence overseas.

The announcement highlights these coordinated efforts as a means of accelerating the intelligent transformation of vehicles, benefiting from Minieye’s algorithm capabilities and CATL Intelligent’s global resources.
