APT SATELLITE (01045) announced that Dr. Yin Yanliang, a non-executive director of the company, passed away on May 26, 2026. Following Dr. Yin's passing, Mr. Zeng Dameng ceased to serve as Dr. Yin's alternate director effective from May 26, 2026.
