Regal Partners Holdings Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on 31 August 2026. The agenda includes:

• Reviewing and approving the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026.

• Authorising publication of the interim figures on the websites of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and the company.

• Considering the declaration of an interim dividend for shareholders.

The meeting date was disclosed in an announcement dated 19 August 2026, signed by Chairman and Executive Director Chong Tsz Ngai. The board currently comprises three executive directors—Chong Tsz Ngai, Chan Wing Kit and Tse Wun Cheung—and four independent non-executive directors—Professor Sit Wing Hang Alfred, Professor Lee Chack Fan, Professor Kwan Pun Fong Vincent and Ms. Chen Jianhua.
