HUABAO INTL (00336) has announced the completion of a share repurchase transaction.

The company disclosed that on June 16, 2026, it utilized approximately HK$1.0003 million to buy back 285,000 of its own shares.

The repurchase price ranged from HK$3.50 to HK$3.52 per share.
