Steed Oriental (Holdings) Company Limited (8277) has disclosed that Hebei Forestry Technology Company Limited, an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into a timber logging and sales agreement on February 2, 2026, with Cengong County Jinda Forestry Technology Company Limited. Hebei Forestry is authorized to handle timber logging operations within a national reserve forest construction project spanning approximately 50,000 mu in Cengong County, Guizhou Province.

Under the agreement, Hebei Forestry will be responsible for felling, processing, debarking, stacking, and transporting timber to designated collection points, as well as clearing and maintaining the logging site. Hebei Forestry will also oversee timber sales, with 5% of the net proceeds shared with Jinda Forestry.

According to the announcement, Steed Oriental (Holdings) Company Limited expects this project to help strengthen its market position and create an additional revenue stream. Interested parties are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
