On September 4th, Lei Jun announced that all 7,000 new graduates recruited by Xiaomi Group this year have officially started their positions. On August 5th, Xiaomi Group officially launched its 2026 global campus recruitment program, targeting graduating students from the class of 2026.

The available positions span multiple categories including software development, algorithms, testing, operations and maintenance, hardware development, product management, operations, and customer service roles. Work locations are distributed across cities including Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and other major cities.
