China Longyuan Power Group reported consolidated electricity generation of 5.35 million MWh for June 2026, a 7.48% decline from the same month in 2025. Wind output dropped 9.73% to 3.93 million MWh, while solar generation slipped 0.63% to 1.42 million MWh. Other renewables contributed 0.49 million MWh, up 4.44% year on year.

Cumulative generation for the first half of 2026 reached 38.78 million MWh, down 2.19% versus the prior-year period. Wind power, accounting for 80.60% of the mix, fell 6.67% to 31.27 million MWh. Solar power, comprising 19.37% of the total, rose 22.22% to 7.51 million MWh, partially cushioning the wind shortfall.

Regional wind performance was mixed. Substantial declines were recorded in Inner Mongolia (-16.50%), Jiangsu onshore (-16.45%) and Guangxi (-15.86%) for the year-to-date, while Xinjiang (+27.17%), Qinghai (+128.38%) and Chongqing (+15.82%) delivered notable growth. The Ukraine project produced no electricity in June due to substation repairs, following 0.07 million MWh generated in the first half of 2025.

At mid-year, China Longyuan’s generation profile shows continued dependence on wind, though the 22.22% surge in solar output highlights the segment’s growing contribution amid volatility in wind resources.
