Tianli International Keeps Capital Base Unchanged in August 2026 Monthly Return

Hong Kong—Tianli International Holdings Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, showing no changes to authorised or issued capital during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, amounting to HKD 1.00 billion.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 2.09 billion, while treasury shares were unchanged at 7.50 million. • Total issued shares, including treasury stock, therefore stayed at 2.10 billion. • No new shares were issued, cancelled or repurchased in August, leaving both issued and treasury share balances flat versus July.

Public Float Compliance • The board confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public float threshold of 25 percent as at month-end.

Share Option Scheme • Outstanding options under the 2018 Share Option Scheme totalled 67.83 million, unchanged month-on-month. • These outstanding options equate to roughly 3.25 percent of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares). • An additional 128.80 million shares remain available for future grants under the plan. • No option exercises occurred and no shares were transferred out of treasury during the month.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertibles or other share issuance arrangements in force during the period.

Administrative Details • The return was submitted on 4 September 2026 and signed by Director and Company Secretary Wang Rui.
