Hong Kong, 29 May 2026—China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) has reported a purchase of 12,100 A-shares of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The transaction, executed on 28 May 2026, was carried out through the creation of new index-tracking exchange-traded funds (ETFs). The acquired shares represent less than 1% of ENN Natural Gas’s issued A-share capital and account for under 20% of the value of the securities basket involved in the ETF.

Financial terms: • Total consideration: RMB0.23 million • Price range: highest RMB19.4555; lowest RMB19.3300 per share

CICC conducted the dealings for its own account and is classified as an exempt principal trader connected with the offeror in the ongoing privatisation of ENN Natural Gas by way of scheme of arrangement. No disposals were reported.
