On August 5, 2026, Ghalibo (PTC) Limited sold 467,500 H shares of TRANSTHERA-B (02617) at an average of HKD 12.5786 per share, involving about HKD 5.88 million.

Prior to the disposal, Ghalibo (PTC) Limited's long position in TRANSTHERA-B was 21.96 million shares, representing 7.02%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 21.49 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 6.87%.
