Shares of Zeta Global Holdings Corp. tumbled 8.37% in after-hours trading on Tuesday, following the release of its second-quarter earnings report and forward guidance that disappointed investors.

The company reported Q2 revenue of $443 million, surpassing the consensus estimate of $420.6 million, and posted net income of $8 million, or $0.03 per share. However, the outlook for the full year 2026 rattled markets: Zeta Global guided for GAAP earnings per share of just $0.09 to $0.11, far below the LSEG IBES estimate of $0.96 per share. The company's full-year revenue guidance of $1.811 billion to $1.824 billion slightly exceeded the $1.79 billion consensus, but the stark bottom-line shortfall overshadowed the top-line beat.

The weak GAAP EPS projection suggests profitability remains under pressure, even as the company issued a Q3 revenue forecast of $469 million to $472 million, above the $461 million estimate. The after-hours decline aligns with pre-earnings options activity that implied a 13.1% move in share price, underscoring the market's sensitivity to the guidance miss.
