WUXI APPTEC (02359) announced that, in accordance with the company's articles of association, the board of directors has proposed the nomination and re-election of the following directors: (i) Dr. Ge Li, Dr. Minzhang Chen, Dr. Qing Yang, and Mr. Zhaohui Zhang as executive directors for the fourth board of directors; (ii) Mr. Xiaomeng Tong and Dr. Yibing Wu as non-executive directors for the fourth board of directors. The board also proposed the nomination and re-election of Ms. Shaohua Lu, Dr. Wei Yu, Dr. Xin Zhang, Ms. Zhiling Zhan, and Mr. Xuesong Leng as independent non-executive directors for the fourth board of directors.
