Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited (00468) announced on 20 November 2025 that its Special Investigation Committee has appointed a new investigator for the second stage of its ongoing inquiry. The new investigator, effective from 18 November 2025, is a forensics accounting specialist from a leading international accounting firm, with a strong global presence and China-based teams.

The second-stage investigation follows the initial findings disclosed on 2 October 2025. According to the company, changing the investigator aims to reinforce both the independence and thoroughness of the investigation work in various locations in China. The Special Investigation Committee is finalizing the scope of the second-stage investigation and will update shareholders and potential investors as appropriate.
