China Ecotourism Group Limited has released its 2024/2025 annual report, covering the period ended 30 June 2025. The Group’s key businesses span lottery systems and equipment, natural and health food, and ecotourism project development.

In the reported financials, the Group’s revenue was approximately HK$111.9 million, up from HK$67.3 million in the previous year. The net loss attributable to owners of the Company was about HK$72.4 million (previous year: HK$272.0 million), while the overall loss for the year stood at HK$73.1 million. Management highlighted that the year-on-year revenue growth reached around 66%.

Segment analysis showed the lottery systems, terminal equipment, and related products business remained a central contributor, complemented by natural and health food operations and ecotourism development projects. The Group’s negative net assets amounted to about HK$491.4 million. The board did not recommend a final dividend distribution.

During the reporting period, the Group continued overseeing its finances under challenging market conditions. It emphasized further cost controls, possible restructuring measures, and ongoing negotiations with creditors. The annual report also showed that compliance with listing rules and adherence to relevant financial reporting standards were maintained.

Looking ahead, China Ecotourism Group Limited reiterated a commitment to focus on its core segments and to seek additional measures for financial improvement and resource allocation.
