On November 10, 2025, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of HP LIVING TECH, King Summit Garment International Limited) entered into a provisional agreement with the seller (Bonwin Limited) for the acquisition of a property at a total cash consideration of HK$47.532 million. Subject to the execution of a formal agreement and fulfillment of the conditions precedent, the acquisition is expected to be completed on or before January 30, 2026.
The property, located at Units 2204 and 2205, 22/F, West Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong, is intended to serve as the company's office space to support the rapid business growth and future expansion of the group.
Given the current real estate market conditions, with Hong Kong property prices having declined significantly in recent years, the board believes the acquisition presents a strategic opportunity to secure the property at a competitive price. The directors consider that owning the property as office space will help reduce future rental expenses, aligning with the group's interests. Additionally, if the group does not utilize the entire space, it may lease out part of it for short-term rental income.
