SinoMab Announces Resignation of Two Non-Executive Directors Effective March–April 2026

SinoMab BioScience Limited reported that non-executive directors Dr. Haigang Chen and Mr. Xun Dong have submitted their resignations, citing personal and business commitments.

Dr. Chen’s resignation will take effect on 31 March 2026, while Mr. Dong will step down on 1 April 2026. Both directors confirmed they have no disagreements with the board and that no other matters require shareholder attention.

Following these departures, SinoMab’s board continues to comprise one executive director (Dr. Shui On Leung), two non-executive directors (Ms. Xiaosu Wang and Dr. Jianmin Zhang), and five independent non-executive directors (Mr. George William Hunter Cautherley, Mr. Ping Cho Terence Hon, Dr. Chi Ming Lee, Ms. Chi Sau Giselle Lee and Mr. Nan Shen).

The board expressed gratitude for the contributions of Dr. Chen and Mr. Dong during their tenure.
