Gemini Space Station shares surged 17% in premarket trading, after the crypto and prediction markets platform posted stronger-than-expected first-quarter results and announced a $100 million strategic investment from Winklevoss Capital Fund at a premium price of $14 per share.

Figma raised its annual revenue forecast as growing adoption of its artificial intelligence tools helped convert more users to paid plans and grow the use ‌of its design software across large corporate customers, sending its shares up 12% in premarket trading.

Cerebras Systems shares jumped another 6% in premarket trading. The AI chipmaker soared 68% in its Nasdaq debut on Thursday, closing at $311.07 after selling shares at $185, well above the company’s expected range.

Nu Holdings stock slid 4% in premarket trading after-hours trading after the Brazilian fintech's Q1 earnings and revenue failed to meet Wall Street expectations.

Rumble shares declined 7% in premarket trading after the company logged a steeper loss in its latest quarter as costs ramped up, offsetting an increase in revenue. Payments provider.

DLocal reported a 10% dip in its first-quarter net ‌profit missing analyst estimates as a one-off tax charge and higher expenses offset a surge in payment volumes. The shares sank 7% in premarket trading.
