Xiaocaiyuan Completes HK$5.87 Million Buy-back, Reducing Issued Shares by 0.07%

Xiaocaiyuan International Holding Ltd. repurchased 820,000 ordinary shares on 9 July 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HK$5.87 million. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from HK$6.98 to HK$7.25, with a volume-weighted average cost of HK$7.16 per share, and will be retained as treasury shares.

Following the buy-back, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.07% to 1,165.37 million shares, while the treasury-share balance increased to 11.15 million. Total issued shares remain unchanged at 1,176.52 million.

The transaction was executed under a shareholder mandate approved on 20 April 2026 that authorises the repurchase of up to 117.65 million shares. To date, Xiaocaiyuan has repurchased 11.15 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.95% of the outstanding shares when the authority was granted.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 8 August 2026.
