Lendlease Global Commercial REIT announced an advanced distribution of 1.3305 Singapore cents per unit for the period from Jul, 01 2025 to Nov, 13 2025.

The payout comprises 1.3139 cents of taxable income and 0.0166 cents of tax-exempt income.

Unitholders whose securities accounts are credited with units as at 5:00 p.m. on Nov, 13 2025 will receive the distribution on or about Dec, 18 2025. Units issued through the private placement scheduled for Nov, 14 2025 will not be entitled to this distribution.

The next distribution will cover the period from Nov, 14 2025 to Dec, 31 2025, after which semi-annual distributions will resume.
