Latest daily transaction On 14 August 2026 Sinopec Corp. bought back an additional 1.40 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange at prices between RMB 4.94 and RMB 5.03, spending RMB 7.00 million. These shares are also slated for cancellation.

Overall impact Pending their formal cancellation, the 181.0 million repurchased shares represent approximately 0.15% of Sinopec Corp.’s total issued share capital.
