Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 20,000 ordinary shares on Aug, 6 2026.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from US$62.34 to US$63.61 apiece, with a weighted average price of US$63.1344. All repurchased shares will be cancelled.

After the transaction, Jardine Matheson’s issued share capital comprises 293,867,976 ordinary shares, each carrying one vote, and the company holds no treasury shares.
