Wisdom Education International Holdings Company Limited reported that, for the month ended 31 May 2026, there were no changes to its authorised, issued or treasury share balances.

• Authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, representing HKD 100.00 million in authorised capital.

• Issued shares stood unchanged at 2,178.15 million. The company held no treasury shares, maintaining the same position as at the end of April 2026.

• Wisdom Education confirmed that it met the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement as of 31 May 2026.

• The shareholder-approved share option scheme showed no outstanding or newly granted options during the month. Up to 189.00 million shares remain available for future grants under the scheme.

• No warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issuing arrangements were outstanding or exercised during the period.

The monthly return was submitted on 1 June 2026 and signed by Executive Director Li Jiuchang, affirming compliance with all relevant Hong Kong Listing Rules and regulatory requirements.
