CRSC Announces 8 September 2026 EGM Focused on Electing Fifth-Session Board Directors

China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (CRSC) will convene its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2026 at 14:30 on 8 September 2026 in Beijing.

Key agenda 1. Elect three non-independent directors for the fifth board session: • Mr. Lou Qiliang (executive) • Mr. Dong Baoliang (executive) • Mr. Ding Shaobin (non-executive)

2. Elect three independent non-executive directors for the same board session: • Mr. Yao Cho Fai Andrew • Mr. Fu Junyuan • Mr. Zhan Kai

Voting mechanics • A cumulative voting system will be applied within two proposal groups (non-independent and independent directors). • Shareholders may allocate their total votes for each group to one or multiple candidates, provided the vote count does not exceed their entitlement in that group.

Shareholder eligibility and key dates • The H-share register closes from 3 September 2026 to 8 September 2026 (both days inclusive). • Only holders of H-shares recorded at Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited as of the close of business on 2 September 2026 may attend and vote. • Proxy forms must reach Computershare by 14:30 on 7 September 2026 to be valid, though in-person attendance remains permitted after proxy submission.

Logistics • Venue: Meeting Room, Building A, CRSC Building, 1 Compound, Automobile Museum South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing. • Attendees bear their own travel and accommodation costs and must present valid identification; corporate shareholders must present appropriate authorisation documents.
