RMH Holdings Limited announced a further delay in publishing its financial results and annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025. The Group now expects to release the audited figures before the end of June 2026, following discussions with its auditor, Rongcheng (Hong Kong) CPA Limited.
The postponement stems from outstanding third-party confirmations in Singapore linked to financial guarantee liabilities of approximately S$4.08 million provided to certain Singapore subsidiaries that are in liquidation. Although Dr. Loh has personally undertaken to settle the related default borrowings and waive any recourse to the Group, the liabilities remain on the Group’s books until official discharge letters are received from the lending banks. The auditors require these confirmations to finalise the audit and verify the balances and legal release status.
Regarding professional fees, the Company recovered certain receivables in May 2026 and has cleared part of the audit fees. A remaining balance of HK$0.25 million will be settled once the results announcement is issued.
Given the unaudited status of the 2025 accounts, the Board concluded that releasing management accounts would be inappropriate and potentially misleading. Consequently, trading in RMH Holdings’ shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, suspended since 1 April 2026, will continue until the audited results are published.
Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities.
