According to the latest data from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, on May 6, Ping An Asset Management Co., Ltd. increased its stake in Agricultural Bank of China (01288) by 15.725 million shares. The transaction was executed at an average price of approximately HK$5.8867 per share, resulting in a total consideration of about HK$92.5684 million. Following this acquisition, Ping An Asset Management's total holdings in Agricultural Bank of China have risen to approximately 8.618 billion shares, representing a stake of 28.03%.
