DFI Retail Group Holdings Limited announced several changes to its board committee memberships. Effective May, 08 2026, Christian Nothhaft stepped down from the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee.

Effective May, 20 2026, Irene Liu and Dave Cheesewright joined both the Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee, while Raymond Co resigned from those two committees. On the same date, Dave Cheesewright also resigned from the Audit Committee.
