Yuanheng Gas Holdings Limited announced that its external auditor has formally changed its corporate name. With effect from 21 August 2026, “Prism Hong Kong Limited” is now known as “CLA Prism Hong Kong Limited,” and its Chinese name has been updated to “思立安栢淳會計師事務所有限公司.”

According to the board filing dated 27 August 2026, the auditor confirmed that the rebranding will not affect the audit or related services provided to Yuanheng Gas.

The announcement was signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Wang Jianqing on behalf of the board, which currently comprises two executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
