Man Wah Holdings Limited disclosed that on 2 June 2026 it repurchased 2.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong market under the general share-repurchase mandate approved at the 30 June 2025 AGM. The purchase price ranged between HK$3.71 and HK$3.75 per share, utilising a total of HK$7.48 million before brokerage and expenses.
