Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Company Limited (02382) has issued an announcement regarding a proposed bond offering.

The company intends to conduct a placement of bonds denominated in Renminbi, targeted exclusively at professional investors.

A series of roadshow presentations for these professional investors is scheduled to commence on or around June 26, 2026.

The proposed bond issuance will be offered solely outside the United States, in accordance with Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act.

Standard Chartered Bank has been appointed as the Sole Global Coordinator for the offering.

Additionally, Standard Chartered Bank and China International Capital Corporation (CICC) will act as Joint Global Coordinators.

The Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers for the bond issue are Standard Chartered Bank, CICC, BOC International, China CITIC Bank International, China Construction Bank (Asia), China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia), Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Hong Kong Branch.

The company plans to use the net proceeds from the bond issuance for refinancing existing debt.
