CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (CKH HOLDINGS, 00001) disclosed that Non-executive Directors Mr Chow Kun Chee, Roland and Mr Lee Yeh Kwong, Charles will step down at the conclusion of the company’s 2026 annual general meeting, scheduled for 21 May 2026 (or a date subsequently specified in the AGM notice).
