CHINA E-WALLET (00802) announced that it received a letter from the Stock Exchange stating the Listing Committee's decision to cancel the company's listing status under Rule 6.01A(1) of the Listing Rules. According to Chapter 2B of the Listing Rules, the company has the right to request a review by the Listing Review Committee within seven business days (i.e., by November 5, 2025) after the decision is issued. If the company chooses not to seek a review, the last trading day for its shares will be November 10, 2025, and the listing will be canceled effective 9:00 AM on November 11, 2025. The Board is consulting its advisors and considering whether to request a further review by the Listing Review Committee. Additionally, the company's shares remain suspended from trading.
