BJ ENERGY INTL (00686) announced that on November 13, 2025, its subsidiary Jiangmen Xinhui (as the project owner) entered into an EPC contract with a consortium comprising China Energy Engineering Group Zhejiang Thermal Power Construction (as the consortium leader) and China Energy Engineering Group Anhui Electric Power Design Institute (as a consortium member) (collectively, the "Contractor").
Under the EPC contract, the consortium will provide EPC services to Jiangmen Xinhui for the construction of the EPC project, with a total contract value of approximately RMB 328 million (tax inclusive). The scope of EPC services includes, but is not limited to, survey, design, procurement of equipment and materials, construction, installation, testing, and inspection within the project framework.
The consortium is responsible for completing the construction and addressing any defects or malfunctions during the one-year warranty period. This move aligns with BJ ENERGY INTL's strategy to accelerate the expansion of its clean energy and renewable business while diversifying its operations.
The EPC contract strategically supports national policies promoting large-scale energy base development, particularly in distributed energy, reinforcing the company's commitment to energy diversification and sustainability.
