On September 11, China Railway Group Limited signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Beijing's Fengtai District, as announced on September 12. The pact aims to deepen collaboration across multiple sectors, marking a significant step in regional development initiatives.

During the signing, Fengtai District Party Secretary Wang Shaofeng expressed optimism about the partnership, emphasizing the district's commitment to fostering long-term, all-encompassing cooperation. He assured full support and service guarantees to facilitate China Railway Group Limited's innovation projects within the district, including the joint development of a pilot testing science park.

The agreement outlines plans to integrate surrounding resources and advance the construction of the "six networks" system, focusing on urban renewal around key transit stations, functional zones, and neighborhood-level redevelopment.
