TIMES ELECTRIC (03898) has issued an announcement stating that the company recently received a letter from China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC) regarding the replacement of continuous supervision sponsorship representatives for Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd.

As the sponsor for the company’s initial public offering and subsequent listing on the STAR Market, CICC was originally scheduled to oversee the continuous supervision period until December 31, 2024. However, as the raised funds have not yet been fully utilized, CICC will continue to fulfill its continuous supervision obligations.

Due to personal work adjustments, Mr. Liao Hanqing will no longer serve as the continuous supervision sponsorship representative. To ensure the orderly progress of supervision work, CICC has appointed Ms. Feng Xiaohan to replace Mr. Liao in this role.

Following this change, the company’s continuous supervision sponsorship representatives will be Mr. Li Xin and Ms. Feng Xiaohan.
