H2G Green has issued 426,000 new ordinary shares for 0.4 cents per new share, as part of its renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 1,415,284,092 warrants.
The company announced last September its intention to undertake a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue of up to 1.42 billion warrants, to raise gross proceeds of up to $1.42 million. Each warrant carries the right to subscribe to one new share in H2G Green at an exercise price of 0.4 cents per new share.
Following the issuing of 426,000 new shares, the total issued and paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 1,454,968,092 shares to 1,455,394,092 shares.
The new shares will be listed and quoted on the Catalist board of the SGX on July 21.
There are 1,375,174,092 outstanding warrants as at July 17.
Shares in H2G Green closed 0.1 cent higher or 12.5% up at 0.9 cents on July 17.
