GUOXIA TECH (02655) announced that due to key personnel changes at China Everbright Financing Limited (Everbright Financing), the company and Everbright Financing mutually agreed to terminate their compliance advisor agreement, originally dated April 24, 2025, effective July 31, 2026 (the Termination).

In accordance with Rule 3A.27 of the Listing Rules, Huaan Securities (Hong Kong) Financing Limited (the New Advisor) has been appointed as the company's new compliance advisor, effective July 31, 2026, and will remain in effect until the relevant compliance advisor agreement between the company and the New Advisor is terminated in accordance with its terms.
