KNT Holdings Limited released its 2026 Annual Report together with the circular dated 31 July 2026, which includes the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the proxy form. Both the English and Chinese versions of these documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.kntholdings.com) and on Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

To streamline dissemination and support environmental goals, the board strongly encourages shareholders to review the “Website Version” of the Current Corporate Communication and all future materials online. Registered shareholders who have previously chosen to receive printed copies will find hard-copy documents enclosed with the notification letter.
