Lime Petroleum Holding AS, majority-owned by Rex International Holding (5WH), has published its Qualified Person’s Report for the year ended Dec, 31 2025, following an audit by ABL Group Norway AS (AGR).

The review covered seven assets in Norway, Germany and Benin. AGR validated total gross 2P reserves of 62.28 million barrels of oil equivalent (MMboe). Net attributable volumes stand at 23.38 MMboe for Lime Petroleum and 20.99 MMboe for Rex International, reflecting Rex’s 89.74 per cent stake in Lime.

Gross 2P reserves are distributed across six producing or sanctioned fields: Brage (18.91 MMboe net Lime), Bestla (4.07 MMboe), Yme (1.62 MMboe), Erfelden (7.12 MMboe), Lauben (0.07 MMboe) and Sèmè North (4.11 MMboe).

AGR also confirmed gross 2C contingent resources of 99.29 MMboe. Net 2C volumes total 41.62 MMboe for Lime Petroleum and 37.35 MMboe for Rex International.

Key year-on-year revisions include: a 0.89 MMboe downward adjustment for Yme due to lower well potential and an earlier economic cut-off; increases at Brage (plus 4.38 MMboe) driven by well performance and project maturation; a 0.70 MMboe uplift at Bestla following confirmation of hydrocarbons in the western segment; a 2.11 MMboe reduction at Sèmè North after the development plan was scaled back to two wells; and revised volumes at Erfelden following a new geomodel and licence-life constraints.

AGR’s economic assessment applied an oil price of 65 United States dollars per barrel in 2026, rising to 75 dollars per barrel from 2027 to end of field life, with a 10 per cent nominal discount rate and a 2 per cent annual inflation assumption.

The audited reserves and resources are reported in accordance with the 2018 Petroleum Resources Management System and will support Rex International’s ongoing disclosures under Singapore Exchange rules.
