YANCHENG PORT (08310) announced that the industrial and commercial registration procedures for the transfer of a 51% stake in the target company, Qianhai Tomorrow Supply Chain (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., were completed on December 23, 2025. Accordingly, the sale was finalized on the same day in accordance with the terms of the equity transfer agreement. Following the completion of the transaction, the Group no longer holds any equity interest in the target company, which has ceased to be a subsidiary of YANCHENG PORT.
