The corresponding contracted sales floor area was approximately 184,000 square meters, with an average selling price of about RMB 13,700 per square meter.

For the cumulative period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, the total contracted sales value reached approximately RMB 26.31 billion.

The cumulative contracted sales floor area was about 2.143 million square meters, with an average selling price of roughly RMB 12,300 per square meter.
