Sunac Services repurchases 20.00 million shares, equal to 0.66% of share base; outstanding shares remain at 3.03 billion pending cancellation

Sunac Services Holdings Limited disclosed on 18 June 2026 that it has bought back 20.00 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange between 28 May and 18 June 2026. The repurchased tranche, which is earmarked for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of 18 June, represents approximately 0.66 % of the company’s 3.03 billion issued shares.

Repurchase details • Period: 28 May–18 June 2026 • Aggregate volume: 20.00 million shares • Price range: HKD 0.80–0.97 per share • Aggregate consideration: about HKD 17.63 million, implying an average cost of roughly HKD 0.88 per share.

Share capital position • Opening and closing issued share capital (excluding treasury shares): 3,027.97 million shares. • Treasury shares: Nil. • All 20.00 million repurchased shares remain outstanding pending formal cancellation; once cancelled, the issued share count will decrease to roughly 3.01 billion.

Mandate utilisation and constraints • The repurchases were executed under the general mandate approved on 22 May 2026 for up to 304.90 million shares. • Utilisation to date: 20.00 million shares, or 6.56 % of the authorised limit. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Sunac Services is restricted from issuing new shares for 30 days following the latest buyback, setting a moratorium until 18 July 2026.

All transactions were conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and complied with the exchange’s Main Board Rules, according to the company’s filing signed by Company Secretary Zhang Xiaoming.
