FANTASIA (01777) announced that as of 5:00 PM Hong Kong time on October 3, 2025, creditors holding approximately 84.54% of the company's (a) existing notes and (b) approximately 77.33% of the total outstanding principal amount of existing debt instruments have formally signed or effectively joined the restructuring support agreement. This represents a significant milestone in implementing the proposed restructuring. The company believes that upon completion of the restructuring, it will strengthen and optimize the group's balance sheet while providing a longer maturity profile, thereby creating maximum value for all stakeholders. The company is encouraged by and deeply appreciative of the strong support received to date.
