Triumph New Energy Company Limited (stock code: 01108) announced a series of senior-management changes effective 17 March 2026.

Zhang Rong has stepped down as executive director, president, strategic-committee member and authorised representative due to work adjustment. The departing executive confirmed no claims or disagreements with the Board.

Chen Peng, currently an executive director, has been appointed president and authorised representative. His employment package comprises: 1) Base annual salary set at 40 % of a Board-determined target annual salary, payable monthly; and 2) Performance-related pay calculated as (Target salary − Base salary) × performance score / 100. Any score below 80 results in forfeiture of the variable component.

Liang Xiao has been nominated as non-executive director, subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming meeting. Liang, aged 39, is a senior engineer and registered safety engineer, currently deputy head of the Safety and Environmental Protection Department at Triumph Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd. She will not receive director’s remuneration from the Company.

Following these adjustments, the Board consists of three executive directors (Xie Jun, Chen Peng, He Qingbo), two non-executive directors (Wu Dan, Yang Jianqiang) and three independent non-executive directors (Fan Baoqun, Chen Qisuo, Yuan Jian).

A circular and meeting notice to approve Liang’s appointment will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
