ICO GROUP (01460) announced that Dr. Cai Zhaohui has stepped down from his positions as non-executive director and deputy chairman of the board, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Ms. Yvonne Low Win Kum has retired as independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as chairman of the remuneration committee or as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, with the changes taking effect from the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Mr. Ye Guoqian, currently serving as an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee to fill the vacancy created by Dr. Cai Zhaohui's departure, effective from the conclusion of the annual general meeting.
