MaiKe Pharmaceutical-B (ASX: 02335) has initiated its public offering, which will run from June 15 to June 18, 2026. The company plans a global offering of 58.0544 million H shares.

The Hong Kong public offering portion consists of 5.8056 million shares, which is subject to reallocation. The international offering portion comprises 52.2488 million shares, also subject to reallocation. An over-allotment option of up to 15% of the total shares offered is also in place.

The indicative price range for the shares has been set between HK$18.2 and HK$21 per share, with a board lot size of 200 shares. Trading of the H shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong is expected to commence at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.
